4. Evaluation. We interview each candidate and analyze their background, experience, knowledge and skills. We present the 3 best-suited candidates, each with a detailed report.
5. Support. We keep you informed at every step and support both the company and the candidate throughout the process.
6. Final offer. We help you prepare the offer for the selected candidate.
