The inspiration for Business Partner AG was born from observing the growing recruitment needs of companies. We realized that many organizations were overwhelmed and facing significant challenges in finding the right talent. Traditional headhunters were overloaded, and businesses needed a reassuring solution.

With this insight and experience, we set out to create a consultancy that not only actively searches for talent but also offers a personalized and effective solution, providing companies with the calm and confidence they truly needed.

BPAG Founder

I'm Inmaculada Arjonilla, a psychologist and headhunter, and I founded Business Partner AG in 2018.

I have spent more than ten years in recruitment. Before starting the company, I worked with leading headhunting firms and in multidisciplinary teams, where I learned the whole process, from understanding what a company really needs to supporting the candidate once they have joined.

Psychology lets me see what a CV doesn't show: how a person thinks, makes decisions and leads, and whether they will fit into a specific team. That is why I specialize in strategic and executive roles, where every new hire is an opportunity to help the company grow.
