Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Inmaculada Arjonilla, the founder of Business Partner AG.

I have dedicated over 10 years to working in multidisciplinary teams, which has given me a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of the recruitment process. After collaborating with some of the most prestigious brands in the headhunting sector and gaining extensive experience, I decided it was time to establish Business Partner AG.

My goal was clear: to create a consultancy that not only actively searches for talent but also provides personalized and effective solutions for companies in an oversaturated job market.

My track record of working with leading headhunting brands has given me a unique perspective and an invaluable network of contacts. The combination of my deep knowledge and passion for recruitment allows me to lead Business Partner AG toward success.
